Arkansas Chihuahua Rescue is in the process of completing all necessary paperwork to operate a rescue group and is also in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status as a non-profit animal rescue organization. We have already reserved our name with the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office. We are completing paperwork to apply for an EIN number, as well as working on bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, selecting board members and registering with the Attorney General's Office as a non-profit rescue.
We've started creating our official forms.
We've created a group intake form and an individual intake form.
We are a non-profit rescue organization specializing in rescuing abandoned, abused, neglected, owner-surrendered, stray Chihuahuas and providing lots of love and rehabilitation, medical care, spay/neuter/vaccines in order to place Chihuahuas in a loving forever home.
